Nose deformity after a major head and neck injuries in road traffic accidents are very common. At the time of initial period of treatment, bleeding, head injury and other life threatening conditions are treated with triage priority.

Later when patients are recovered well from life threatening conditions, they see themselves with a severe nose deformity in mirror and tend to fall into severe psychological disturbances.
